French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with care, patience, and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Experience with bilingual support is advantageous.
