Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, delivering friendly and efficient assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
