Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who can communicate fluently in French and English. You will work 100% remotely, handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Assist with order issues, technical problems, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every contact.
• Adapt to flexible schedules, including occasional weekends.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center, or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet (≥25 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.
