French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback to help improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
