French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Maintain a courteous, patient, and solution‑focused attitude.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• General experience with CRM systems.
