French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets, providing clear, friendly assistance via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system proficiency.
