French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide remote support for a mobile phone rental service in France. You will work from home, handling inbound calls and assisting customers with their rental inquiries while ensuring a professional and pleasant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
• Document each interaction according to internal guidelines.
• Follow established processes to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
• Proven ability to handle inbound calls and solve problems.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
