Sales Specialist – B2B Digital Compliance Solutions

About the role

MARGAGUI is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to drive B2B growth in Djibouti. You will focus on banking, public sector and SME clients, promoting the company’s digital compliance, AI governance and cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product and service presentations, demos and training sessions for clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide after‑sales support and gather feedback.
• Participate in internal training to stay current on digital compliance and cybersecurity offerings.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars and outreach campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including pipeline development, forecasting and deal closure.
• Ability to deliver training or product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Interest or knowledge in digital transformation, cybersecurity or compliance services.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, able to work toward targets.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Djibouti and travel locally or regionally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken French; English or local languages a plus.
