Backend Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Backend Engineer Annotator to support the development and evaluation of artificial‑intelligence models. In this role you will review, annotate, and validate backend‑focused datasets, code samples, and system‑design outputs, ensuring high‑quality training data for AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate backend code samples, REST API and GraphQL workflows, and microservice interactions.
• Label datasets that capture authentication mechanisms, scalability, performance, and reliability criteria.
• Validate server‑side code performance, logic accuracy, and security compliance.
• Provide structured feedback and engineering reasoning for dataset improvements.
• Review database queries, authentication implementations, and event‑driven designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Experience reviewing code or conducting technical assessments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical evaluation results clearly.
