Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role will focus on data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and economic assessments for the programme.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Synthesize evidence and compile data for dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor indicators and track results to inform decision‑making.
• Contribute to impact assessments and reporting of programme outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• At least one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including dashboard preparation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
