French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will assist customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through voice calls and live chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step-by-step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system with precision.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
