French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step toward resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
