Head Housekeeper – Private Villa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to manage a private villa in Djibouti. The role combines high‑standard housekeeping, cooking, and general household support for a discerning family.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization throughout the villa.
• Prepare a variety of international, Middle Eastern, English and American dishes.
• Handle laundry, ironing, folding and linen management.
• Plan meals, shop for groceries and monitor food supplies.
• Assist with errands, household organization and other reasonable domestic duties.
• Safeguard household belongings and respect the family’s privacy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Kenyan citizen with a valid passport, willing to relocate to Djibouti.
• Proven experience as a private housekeeper or domestic worker.
• Strong cooking ability covering international and Middle Eastern cuisines.
• Professional, trustworthy, discreet, reliable and hardworking.
• Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail.
