IT Infrastructure Manager – Lead IT Systems & Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s IT systems. The role ensures high availability, performance and security across servers, networks, storage and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and manage servers, networks, storage and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Maintain high availability, performance and security of all IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Design and oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Lead and support the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and related tools.
