Somali Quality Control Specialist – AI Data Annotation

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control (QC) Specialist to support Project Epsilon, an AI data annotation initiative. The role is remote‑friendly and task‑based, ideal for individuals who excel at spotting errors and ensuring data consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed annotation tasks submitted by Trainers, including the original question, associated image, and the provided golden answer.
• Independently verify the correctness of each golden answer against the image.
• Identify and flag answers that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent with project guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to maintain overall data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project's quality standards before final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a highly observant mindset.
• Ability to work independently and make accurate judgments.
• Excellent written communication for feedback and reporting.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing task‑based workloads.
