Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy. You will own the implementation, monitoring, and analysis of web tracking to improve website performance, marketing effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag‑management solutions like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to surface optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup supply.
