Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our remote team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
• Comfortable using a computer (i5 processor or equivalent) and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
