Francophone Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker with strong English skills to join our fully remote customer support team. In this role you will help French‑speaking customers while collaborating with a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone in French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account‑related issues.
• Provide empathetic, solution‑oriented support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions accurately using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet professional workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce).
