Francophone Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker with strong English skills to join TalentPop App’s customer support team. This full‑time remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality assistance to French‑speaking customers while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account‑related issues.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through empathetic, solution‑oriented communication.
• Log interactions and updates accurately using CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS environments.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Home office with stable internet (≥25 Mbps), a computer meeting minimum specifications, a quiet workspace and a headset with a clear microphone.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Zendesk and Salesforce.
