Remote 3D Modeler (Full-Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Remote 3D Modeler to turn 2D concepts into polished 3D assets. You will collaborate with art directors, engineers, and designers to deliver high‑quality models for our global digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build organic and hard‑surface 3D models from concept art, sketches, and references.
• Create realistic or stylized textures, UV maps, materials, and lighting.
• Optimize models for real‑time performance by reducing polygon counts.
• Coordinate with design, animation, and engineering teams via Slack, Zoom, and project‑management tools.
• Iterate on models and textures based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized folder structures, clean UVs, and clear versioning on cloud servers.
• Stay current with industry trends, new software, and rendering techniques.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule in a remote environment.
• Excellent eye for form, scale, color, proportion, and spatial relationships.
• Familiarity with clean UV unwrapping and photorealistic texture maps.
• Robust remote‑friendly workstation capable of handling complex rendering tasks.
