About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts to create captivating multimedia.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling ability.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities.
