About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non-voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold consistent, high-quality service.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
