PACS & Clinical Systems Integration Administrator

About the role

The client is a modern private hospital in Djibouti City seeking a skilled Systems Integration Administrator. You will manage the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and ensure seamless integration with other clinical and enterprise applications to support efficient patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and optimise the PACS environment to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Integrate PACS with Hospital Information System (HIS), Laboratory Information System (LIS/LIMS), Radiology Information System (RIS), ERP and medical devices.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and maintain data integrity across digital workflows.
• Provide technical and functional support to clinical users, conduct training sessions and produce documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical and infrastructure teams on networking, upgrades and technology enhancements.
• Coordinate with vendors for implementations, upgrades, testing, maintenance and go‑live activities while adhering to healthcare IT standards.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by delivering secure, reliable, integrated healthcare technology solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Radiography or related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a hospital environment, preferably with PACS administration.
• Proven track record of integrating enterprise clinical systems.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
