About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will help customers through chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
- Handle customer inquiries, order questions, and general concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
- Document interactions and keep records up to date.
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
- Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.
Required profile
- Fluent written and reading French and English.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
