TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users across both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in French and English.

• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
