Engineering Project Manager

About the role

CACI is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to support CJTF‑HOA/AFRICOM in Djibouti. The role involves leading a range of IT services in both classified and unclassified environments, ensuring high availability and security for mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT services including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration, field support, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support.
• Maintain and execute the Configuration and Release Management Process for applications, servers, and end‑user devices.
• Coordinate with testing and deployment teams to ensure operational engineering aligns with service level agreements.
• Communicate clearly with client managers and system users, presenting technical solutions in a business‑like manner.
• Travel up to 50% outside the continental US, primarily OCONUS.

Required profile

• Adjudicated Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Professional certification meeting DoD 8570.01 (IAM IICAMP or PMP).
• Willingness to work OCONUS for a minimum of one year.
• BA/BS with 5+ years specialized experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven technical leadership, cross‑training, and 3rd‑line support capabilities.
