French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN | Non-Voice/Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will interact with customers via chat and email, delivering clear, helpful assistance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
