French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly and professional service in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support through voice calls and live-chat, handling inquiries, order tracking, product explanations and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems step-by-step and guide customers toward solutions.
• Document every interaction in the ticketing system with precision.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
