French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or comparable support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
