French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
