French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong, empathetic relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
