French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while upholding our high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous support in French and English through voice calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools, processes and the overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
