French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in both French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Basic proficiency with a personal computer (minimum i5 processor) and reliable high‑speed internet.
