French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in French and English, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
• Troubleshoot technical and order‑related problems with a customer‑first mindset.
• Document interactions and share feedback to improve tools and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and solution‑focused.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
