French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Full fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact centre.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
