Intelligence Screening Specialist (Africa AOR)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Screening Specialist for its Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR), working in support of the CTO's targeting of foreign intelligence services, terrorist organizations and insurgent groups. The screener conducts screenings, completes reports and carries out background checks on LEPs, and runs screening interviews using methods approved by AFOSI. The position requires up to 100% travel outside the continental United States and a minimum Secret clearance; TS/SCI is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and complete reports on LEPs
• Perform background checks and screening interviews using AFOSI-approved methods
• Analyze information in support of CTO targeting

Required profile

• 4 years of experience as a civilian equivalent of AFOSI (AFSC 7S071), Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army CID, or USAF security forces (AFSC 3P0X1), or 4 years of law enforcement or investigation experience, or MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F or 35E (Strategic Debriefer or similar)
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
• Preferred: experience with screening tasks and investigative questioning techniques, deployed experience, and secondary or tertiary language skills (French/Hausa for Niger, Arabic/Djiboutian/Somali/Ethiopian for Djibouti, Swahili/Somali for Kenya)

• Screening tools such as UFED, BI2R and SOFEX/DONIS
