Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote position you will assist French‑speaking customers through phone and live‑chat, providing clear, empathetic solutions in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from French‑speaking customers.
• Diagnose and resolve order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in the ticketing system.
• Spot recurring problems and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
