Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a laptop/desktop with at least an i5 processor.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
