About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
