Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to resolve inquiries, track orders, and provide product information, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
