Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. You will help with order tracking, product queries and issue resolution, turning frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
