Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will interact with customers via chat, email and phone, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
