Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers across French‑speaking regions, providing assistance via chat, email, and phone while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through multiple channels (chat, email, calls).
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
