Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions, providing friendly, solution‑focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Guide users step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
