Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking fluent French and English speakers to join its remote customer support team. As a Virtual Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly and efficient assistance to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Resolve issues related to orders, technical problems, and general questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Navigate internal systems to track and follow up on tickets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency at C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in BPO, call centre or SaaS environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Salesforce.
