French-English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support through chat and email. This fully remote position allows you to use your language skills to resolve inquiries, assist with orders, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
