French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. In this remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries from French‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Resolve order‑tracking issues, product questions and technical problems step‑by‑step.
• Document each interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
