Remote 3D Modeler (Full‑Time / Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Remote 3D Modeler to turn 2D concepts into polished 3D assets. You will work with our Art Directors, engineers, and designers to deliver high‑quality models for a variety of digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build organic and hard‑surface 3D models from concept art, sketches, and reference material.
• Create realistic or stylized textures, UV maps, materials, and lighting.
• Optimize models for real‑time performance by reducing polygon counts while preserving visual quality.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and engineering teams via Slack, Zoom, and project‑management tools.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and maintain organized asset versioning on cloud servers.
• Stay current with industry trends, new software, and rendering techniques.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both organic and hard‑surface work.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedule, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent eye for form, scale, color, proportion, and spatial relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or ZBrush.
• Experience with clean UV unwrapping and photo‑realistic texture mapping.
• Knowledge of rendering pipelines and real‑time optimization.
