Remote CMS Developer (Contract/Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, build, and maintain custom Content Management System applications. This fully remote contract position will have you turning mockups into responsive, secure web experiences while collaborating with designers and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS, or Magento.
• Develop custom themes, modules, and plugins from scratch to extend functionality.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and optimise performance.
• Configure custom post types, fields, and editing interfaces for non‑technical users.
• Maintain site security, backups, updates, and user authentication.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Document code and technical decisions for future maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional software development focused on CMS technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and attention to design detail.
