Requirement Manager & Business Process Analyst

About the role

The Requirement Manager / Business Process Analyst will support the NAVAF N6 mission at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti. This full‑time position works on‑site to translate complex business problems into automated, cost‑effective solutions for a Department of Defense client.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, presenting ideas and products in a business‑like manner.
• Analyze complex business problems, develop technical specifications, and create functional and technical designs.
• Provide consultation to customers and business owners on existing services and automated systems.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, conduct course‑of‑action analysis, decision briefings, risk assessments, and business impact studies.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, document requirements, and analyze demand‑signal trends.
• Engage senior leaders across military, civilian, and partner nations to drive strategic initiatives.
• Deliver training and lead transformation projects using industry best practices.

Required profile

• Team‑building attitude with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS plus 5 years of specialized experience, or AA/AS plus 7 years, or equivalent certifications with 7‑11 years of experience.
• Proven project‑management expertise in fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments.
